Conditions of Enrollment
If you are an interested parent in the programs we offer, we suggest you call the school for availability in the appropriate
program for your child. If an opening is available, we will invite you to come visit our center. After viewing our center
and your continued interest we will provide the appropriate forms needed for your child to attend.
If enrollment in a child's age group is full, the parent may choose to place their child's name on a waiting list. When
space becomes available in the appropriate program, parents will be contacted on a first come, first serve basis. No distinction
shall be made with regards to race, religion, sex, or residence.
The initial registration requirements for all new students must be fully completed before a place in the center is reserved
for your child. All required forms must be completed and returned to the center along with a registration fee of $60.00 and
a deposit equal to two (2) weeks of tuition. This deposit will be fully credited to the child's first and last weeks at the
center. This amount is due one week before the child begins his/her learning experience at the center.
A registration renewal will be due each year for continuing students in order to retain their seat at the center. Continued
placement will only be guaranteed for those students who complete the registration renewal process.
In the event a parent wishes to remove their child within thirty (30) days of their start date, and providing their account
is up to date, their deposit will be returned to them. Parents who wish to withdraw their child from the program after the
first thirty (30) days are required to give the center a full two (2) weeks notice or be subject to a fee determined by the
center.
